Yes! 💪 You can now modify your training days even after selecting a program. Follow these steps to update your schedule:
- Open the app and go to the "Plan" section.
- Find today's workout card displayed in the center of the screen.
- Tap the settings icon (⚙) located in the top right corner of the workout card.
- In the menu, locate the "Days with Training" section.
- Tap the "Edit" button next to this section.
- Select the days that best fit your schedule. If your workout program allows it - you can also change the amount of training days per week.
- Tap "Save" to confirm your changes and exit the settings.
Your training schedule will now be updated, and workouts will be adjusted accordingly. Enjoy your training! 🩷
