Open the app and go to the "Plan" section.

Find today's workout card displayed in the center of the screen.

Tap the settings icon (âš™) located in the top right corner of the workout card.

In the menu, locate the "Days with Training" section.

Tap the "Edit" button next to this section.

Select the days that best fit your schedule. If your workout program allows it, you can also change the number of training days per week.

Tap "Save" to confirm your changes and exit the settings.
Your training schedule will now be updated, and workouts will be adjusted accordingly. Enjoy your training! 🩷
