According to our policy, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you made the purchase on the App Store and wish to withdraw from the contract, follow these steps:
- Log in to the iCloud account from which you made the in-app purchase.
- Find the SheStrong application on your purchase history.
- Click on the "Report a problem" button.
- Select "I want to cancel this purchase."
- Click the "Cancel purchase" button.
For purchases made on the Google Play Store, follow these instructions:
- Visit the following page: Google Play Refund Instructions.
- Follow the steps provided to request a refund.
If you purchased through our website via Stripe, you can manage your subscription in the app:
- Go to the “Profile” tab.
- Select “Settings.”
- Navigate to “Access” and manage your subscription there.
