- Check to see if you're logging in with a good email!
The login credentials in the app are the same as those used to purchase access.
- If you have an iPhone, then check if your email is not encrypted!
Please check this in your phone's Settings. Please go to “settings” and then check Apple ID [at the very top of the settings] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → find the app. If the email address is encrypted, it will be shown here.
Solution: try logging in via the 'Sign in via Apple ID' button 🍎
- Try re-logging!
If you are logged into the application and access does not show up, try logging out and waiting about 10 minutes - then log in again
If the above methods fail, email us at: contact@shestrong.app and include proof of purchase, such as an invoice from Google Play with a visible GPA number or an App Store invoice with a visible ID number.
