Open the full Daily tracker to see:
- 🔥 Calories: eaten vs. burned
- ⚖️ Macros: adjust your own goals anytime
- 📝 Activity log: every saved meal and workout (entries can be deleted but not edited)

Want a quick look? The Tracker widget on your dashboard, in the “Plan” tab, gives you all the highlights:
- Daily calorie summary
- Macro breakdown + quick edit option
- Your latest entry (meal or workout)
🍽 Logging meals
Tap “Log to tracker” to record your food. You can:
- Add meals from the Cookbook (🏷️ favorites included)
- Add meals from your Meal Plan (❤️ favorites included)
🆕 Add meals by description using AI — just type what you ate, and the app will log it for you ✨
🆕 Add products using the barcode.
🆕 Add meals by scanning them with the AI.
🏋️ Tracking workouts
The Tracker automatically includes your activities:
- Workouts completed in SheStrong
- Workouts synced via Apple Health or Health Connect
Everything shows up in one place, so you can clearly see your effort and progress.
🎯 Personalizing macros
Start with macros aligned to your Meal Plan – but make them truly yours:
- Enter custom values
- Or pick a preset: Balanced / High Protein / Low Carb / Keto
⚠️ Note: Customizing macros updates them only in the Tracker, not in your Meal Plan.
